A NEW FIRE STATION HAS BEEN OPENED IN THE TURKESTAN REGION

As part of the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, work continues to improve the infrastructure of the regions and improve the quality of life of the population. In this direction, a new building of the fire station No. 41 was put into operation in the village of Orangay in the Sauran district of Turkestan region.
The opening ceremony of the new fire station was attended by the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shyngys Arynov, Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy, veterans of civil protection agencies and other honored guests. The governor of the region congratulated the audience on this event.
— The effectiveness of the work of fire and rescue units directly depends on the material and technical equipment of the service. We provide constant support in this area. The importance of this fire station is special, as a special economic zone is being created here, and production facilities are being opened. The new depot will be responsible for the fire safety of these enterprises and nearby settlements," said Darkhan Satybaldy.
The new fire station was built on the territory of the Turan special economic zone and is designed to ensure fire safety in this zone and nearby settlements.
The facility was built at the expense of the local budget and is equipped with four fire trucks. The two-storey depot building has all the conditions for employees: a classroom, rooms for rest, sleep, meals, a sports and conference hall, technical rooms, as well as a training tower to improve the professional training of personnel.
50 firefighters will work in the new depot. It is equipped with modern fire fighting equipment, which will increase the efficiency of their work to ensure fire safety.
The solemn event ended with the planting of trees on the territory of the new depot.
