On October 31, 2024, Minister of Justice Azamat Eskarayev took part in the XV International Scientific and practical conference on administrative law "Administrative Law and Process: current state and future challenges".
The conference is held from October 31 to November 1 this year by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) together with the Commission on Human Rights under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On the first day of the conference, issues of reforming administrative law in Central Asia, the results of the introduction of administrative justice in Kazakhstan and further prospects for its development were discussed.
The event is attended by members of Parliament, judges of the Supreme Court, representatives of the scientific community, as well as international experts from foreign countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and others).
This event is dedicated to the closure of the Legal Project (GIZ), as well as to the discussion of the further development of administrative justice in Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries.
