The 18th International AgroWorld Qazaqstan Exhibition is taking place in Almaty. The international business event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty, industry unions and associations.
The largest event in the agricultural sector of Central Asia brought together leaders of the agricultural business, representatives of 190 companies from more than 25 countries and traditionally became an effective platform for demonstrating advanced achievements, technologies, equipment and innovations of leading agricultural companies.
AgroWorld Qazaqstan includes not only an extensive exposition, but also a rich business program.
Within the framework of the exhibition, specialized sessions were organized on topical issues of industry transformation, innovative approaches and effective management of agricultural business. Experts from Kazakhstan, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia and other countries share their experience and best practices.
At the plenary session "Innovative and digital solutions for the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan" with the participation of Vice Minister Baglan Bekbauov, issues of introducing digital technologies, prospects for international cooperation and attracting investments in the agro-industrial complex were discussed. Workshops were also held on Dutch technologies in poultry farming and topical issues of organic farming, horticulture, seed production and greenhouses.
Today, during the expert sessions, participants will consider topical issues of sustainable agricultural development, restoration of degraded lands, and the role of public policy in supporting innovation.
The transition to sustainable farming methods, the impact of soil degradation and the need for investments in restoring its fertility will also be discussed.
AgroWorld Qazaqstan 2024 is an indispensable platform for sharing experiences, establishing business contacts and finding new solutions for the development of the agricultural sector in Kazakhstan and the entire region.
