Three more new suburban routes have been launched in Almaty

In Almaty, as part of increasing the transport connectivity of the megalopolis with the agglomeration, 3 more suburban public transport routes have been launched since November 1.
Thus, route No. 245 with the Uzynagash village bus station - Tole bi-Yassawi bus station will be served by 25 high-capacity buses. The start of the movement is 5:45, the end is 23:00. The carrier is Ecobus service LLP.
Route No. 254 with the Kaskelen - Salem Market connection will be served by 16 high-capacity buses. The start of the movement is 5:50, the end is 23:00. The carrier is Madina LLP.
Route No.239 by metro station "B. Momyshuly" – village Dolan will be served by 18 buses. The start time is 5:30, the end time is 23:01. The carrier is Neo City Trans LLP.
The fare is 120 tenge, as well as on urban routes. All buses are equipped with Onay electronic ticketing system.
It should be noted that according to the Rules for the Transportation of passengers and luggage by road, these routes were transferred to carriers before holding tenders for route maintenance and will operate in a test mode. As a result, changes will be made to the traffic patterns, taking into account passenger traffic and the needs of the population.
Recall that last year, on behalf of the head of the megalopolis, Yerbolat Dosayev, the akimat purchased 600 buses and 100 trolleybuses, organized 22 new routes, including 10 suburban ones, covering about 50 settlements. This year, 600 more buses, 112 trolleybuses and 100 electric buses were purchased.
