In North Kazakhstan region, acute-deficiency doctors will be paid 8.5 million tenge of lifting

This was stated by Akim of North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov answering a question from journalists during a press conference at the CCS in Astana.
The North Kazakhstan Region pays special attention to reducing the shortage of medical personnel. Doctors are provided with housing, the city provides social security for rental housing for 3 years. 50 grants have been allocated for residency training, and 34 residents are currently studying. Incoming doctors are paid lifting payments of up to 5 million tenge. Due to this, the deficit has been reduced by 2 times.
However, there is still a shortage of specialized specialists in hospitals. According to the head of the region, it was decided to pay doctors of acute shortage specialties, lifting in the amount of 8.5 million tenge.
