On January 31, 2025, the heads of education departments of cities and districts of the East Kazakhstan region and secretaries of anti-terrorism commissions were explained the main organizational issues of the implementation of the Roadmap of the Security Code of the Committee for Security and Safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2025 -2026, with the participation of representatives of the territorial department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies.
In addition, the following information was provided during the event:
- conceptual apparatuses in the field of extremism and terrorism;
- samples of audio-visual materials with signs of propaganda of political, national and religious extremism;
- reports of famous theologians and historians recommended for use in preventing extremism and extremist acts;

- requirements for personal searches and searches of objects owned by an individual;
- methods of providing false information, its use of artificial intelligence in. Responsibility for posting and distributing false information;
- The list of substances and items prohibited for import and restricted for use in educational organizations and their territories, approved by Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 235 dated May 25, 2021; for informing the duty services in order to reduce and eliminate the consequences of terrorist threats;
- Rules for establishing and paying rewards for information that helped prevent or suppress an act of terrorism.
The heads of educational institutions received answers to a number of questions of interest to them.
