A solo concert by Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Serik Tokpanov entitled "Kazakh-Russian Retro Songs of the Past Century" was held in Kokshetau, accompanied by a pop-symphony orchestra. The orchestra was conducted by People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abzal Mukhitdinov.

The owner of the titles "Golden Scalpel" and "Golden Laparoscope" is also widely known in the creative sphere. Serik Tokpanov, whom People's Artist Yermek Serkebayev called "Singing Surgeon", is a person who has mastered both directions of art.

The laureate of Union and Republican competitions, S. Tokpanov continues to win the hearts of Kazakhstanis with his solo concerts.

The professor's repertoire includes popular retro songs.

It should be noted that these days, as part of the professor's two-day master class, surgeries were performed, and dozens of residents of the regional center received free consultations from specialists.
