In 1986, he graduated from the Saratov Higher Educational Institution specializing in hydro-melioration, water resources management and ecology.
He began his career in water management in 2003 as a hydraulic engineer at the Zhanakala operating site of the West Kazakhstan Region Water Management Institution.
He made a major overhaul of the water-conducting structures on the "Tortkulak" and "Karasu" reservoirs, and contributed to the repair and restoration of many hydraulic structures as a qualified specialist.
In 2018, he was awarded the "Water Management Excellence" award from the "Kazakhstan Water Management Association" legal entity association, in 2023, he was awarded the "Kurmet" diploma from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on the occasion of Water Management Day, and for his great contribution and great work in the repair, operation, and service work in the field of water management, he was awarded the "Letter of Gratitude" from the West Kazakhstan branch of the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management "Kazsuchar", in 2024, he was awarded the "Water Management Excellence" award from the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan He was awarded the "Veteran" badge.
Today, he works as a hydrotechnical engineer at the Kirov operating site of the West Kazakhstan branch of the Kazsushar RSE of the Water Resources Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
