In Karaganda, applications are being accepted for housing certificates under the "Nauryz" and "2-10-20" mortgage programs. This was reported by the city's employment and social programs department.
Social assistance can be used by the following categories of people on the waiting list:
- Veterans of the Great Patriotic War and those equated to them in terms of benefits, as well as veterans of combat operations on the territory of other states;
- People with disabilities of the first and second groups;
- Families with disabled children or raising them;
- People with severe chronic diseases, the list of which is approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare;
- Age-related pensioners;
- Orphans under 29 years old, who lost their parents before reaching adulthood and children left without parental care;
- Relatives;
- People who lost their homes as a result of environmental disasters, natural and technogenic emergencies;
- People awarded the "Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka" signs or previously awarded the title "Batyr Ana", as well as "Mother" of the I and II degrees mothers with many children, families with many children, awarded the Order of Glory;
- families of those who died (died) while performing state or public duties, military service, saving human lives, protecting law and order;
- single-parent families.
Application for civil service is submitted through the Electronic Government web portal (egov.kz).
Required documents:
1. Electronic application certified by an electronic digital signature.
2. Electronic copy of a certificate from the place of work, except for socially vulnerable groups of the population (children with disabilities, orphans, children left without parental care). Certificate of income for the last 6 months.
3. An electronic copy of the letter from the second-tier bank on approval of the applicant for a mortgage loan for the purchase of housing, containing information on the amount of the down payment, the size of the mortgage loan and the amount of the monthly payment.
