With the support of the Almaty City Youth Policy Department, the “Activity BOOM” project continues to operate, providing discounts for young people on food and recreation centers.
A specially developed discount card provides discounts for the city's youth on public transport, restaurants, clothing stores, beauty salons, and a network of stores that rent high-quality mountain skiing equipment. To receive this card, it is enough to be a resident of community centers. You can easily use the discounts by registering the card on the Jas.Almaty platform and scanning the QR code. Students who received the card shared their impressions.
“I received the “Activity BOOM” card from a community center in the Zhetysu district. We often go to the mountains with our friends. The fact that there is a store that rents the necessary equipment for mountain climbing was a great news for us. My friends would also like to get such a card!”, said Sultan Edigeev, one of the students of our city.
Currently, “Activity BOOM” works with more than 30 partners. Among them are the "FOOTLAB" football center, "Tobe" ski equipment rental center, Almaty OWL COFFEE, "Maestro" clothing store, Weekend lounge, "Aeka posh" beauty salon, "Puff n Play" and "Z CLUB" gaming clubs, etc. You can see the full list of partners and discount percentages on the mobile version of the JasAlmaty.kz website.
According to the Youth Policy Department, more than 50,000 young Almaty residents will have this card by the end of 2025.
