An international seminar on the archaeology of the Silk Road and the protection of cultural heritage was held in China

The event brought together scientists and specialists from around the world to discuss the future of cultural cooperation and the sharing of archaeological and historical data.
Within the framework of the seminar, plenary sessions were held, at which scientists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Iran, Turkmenistan, Israel and Russia made presentations.
Representatives from Kazakhstan spoke about the cultural complex of early nomads found in the Sarytogai gorge, based on the results of many years of research by the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Esik".
Special attention was paid to the preparation of a documentary about the joint work of the Rahat Monument, the Esik Museum-Reserve and the Shaanxi Archaeological Institute.
The visit was an important step in strengthening scientific and cultural cooperation and creating new joint projects in the field of archaeology and museum business.
