In Almaty, work has been completed on replacing pipelines laid along Kozhanov street from Radostovets street to E. Serkebayev Avenue and along Eskarayev street from Rozybakiyev street to E. Serkebayev Avenue. This year, the length of the modernized section was 1,097.5 meters.
The replaced pipeline was put into operation in 1976 and currently provides heat and hot water to 19 apartment buildings, 2 kindergartens and 39 other facilities, as well as provides distribution of hot water supply and connects the ORBITA and Yuzhny boilers with each other.
In general, this year, on behalf of the mayor of Almaty Yerbolat Dossayev, 20 km of heating networks were modernized. Every year, modernization is carried out during the inter-heating period, this year such works were carried out in 6 districts of Almaty. Improvement of areas where heat supply networks have been modernized is carried out in stages, taking into account weather conditions.
