Today, a program of professional retraining of management teams of 50 schools of the region within the framework of the Atyrau new school project has been launched. This will continue until April and will teach effective management tools and methods for managing the modern education system. The program is aimed at teaching directors and management teams of educational institutions to introduce new models of school management, to use data-based strategies.
Features of the program:
* Practical internships: familiarization with the education system of countries with the highest Pisa result in Estonia and Finland. Participants will exchange experience on the basis of the best schools, training programs, training systems, training of teaching staff and training of students with special educational needs.
* Study of Kazakhstan's Innovative Schools: High Tech Academy, Shokan Ualikhanov school and Tamos Space School.
* Simulator game "Kazakhstan school management": participants solve practical cases and, together with the approved mentors, draw up a program for the development of the school.
