In order to fulfill the instructions of the head of state, the government decree approved a comprehensive plan for socio-economic development of the region for 2023-2027, consisting of 102 events with an investment volume of 1.9 trillion tenge. This year, 74 events worth 286.1 billion tenge have been launched, including 7 events have been completed.
Much attention is paid to infrastructure modernization. Construction, reconstruction and repair of 37.9 km of heat networks and 17 heat sources is underway. Work on 27.5 km of networks and heat sources has been completed, which will reduce the wear of heating systems from 64.2% to 59.7%. A feasibility study for the construction of CHPP-3 is also being developed, which will be completed by the end of 2024.

Improving water supply is an important task.53 water supply projects are being implemented in the region, which will bring the level of centralized water supply to 96.6%.

Housing construction continues actively in the region. The construction of 39 multi-apartment and individual residential buildings with a total area of 237.1 thousand square meters is underway. the meter.

The main focus is also on the construction of new health facilities. As part of the national project" modernization of rural healthcare", 65 primary health care facilities will be built in the region by 2025. Dialysis centers will be opened in kokpekty and Urdzhar regions, and another center will be opened in Aksuat village by the end of the year.

In order to reduce the shortage of places for students, the construction of 4 schools for 2,700 places has begun within the framework of the pilot National Project "comfortable school". By the end of this year, it is planned to put into operation 3 schools.
