Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov visited the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region.
During a meeting with students of the retraining course and participants of the advanced training seminar, Askhat Shakharov asked them the question: "What Should a civil servant look like? the event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of education and science. At the lecture, the governor of the region shared the strategic priorities of the region and shared his thoughts on the role of modern civil servants in the implementation of key development programs.
The head of the region noted that the civil service requires high professional training, flexibility and adaptation to rapidly changing conditions. Special attention was paid to the importance of continuous professional development, digital skills and the ability to work effectively with the population. He also noted that it is necessary to take the initiative, think analytically and strive for transparency and accountability.
The governor of the region analyzed several situations with civil servants in a playful way, so that every thought expressed was understandable. That is, the official explained with examples how to behave when meeting with the population, how to properly work with the audience, answer the questions of the population, how to resolve controversial issues while maintaining the trust and respect of voters.
"Every meeting with the population should be productive. There is no need to just meet. Ready-made templates and stay away from the official view. It is important to listen to people, understand their problems and pay attention to their needs. In my work, I always give priority to issues related to the well-being and well - being of citizens," the governor of the region noted the most basic positions in the work of a civil servant.
Askhat Shakharov also stressed the importance of teamwork during the crisis.
At the end of the lecture, the head of the region thanked the staff of the Academy for their contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and expressed confidence that young civil servants will make a significant contribution to the prosperity of the region and the country.
Askhat Shakharov also visited the training classrooms of the Academy's branch, where he discussed with the management educational projects and professional training programs that allow civil servants of the region to improve their skills and keep abreast of best practices.
