THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH INSPECTED THE MEDICAL FACILITIES UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND HELD A MEETING WITH THE POPULATION IN THE ZHETYSU REGION

Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova paid a working visit to the Zhetysu region, where she got acquainted with the level of medical care in the regional multidisciplinary hospital and perinatal center, discussed the prospects for the development of local healthcare and the quality of implementation of national programs in the field of medicine.
First of all, the head of the department examined the progress of construction of medical facilities in three rural settlements located in Eskeldinsky, Koksuysky and Zhambyl districts.
In the region, 59 medical posts, outpatient clinics and FAPs are planned to be built within the framework of the national project to update the medical infrastructure in rural areas, construction work is already underway on all these facilities.
The next object of the visit was the regional perinatal center, which annually receives more than 6 thousand women in labor from Alakol, Aksu, Karatal, Kerbulak, Koksu, Eskelda, Sarkand districts, as well as from the cities of Taldykorgan and Tekeli. Pregnant patients with complex pathologies are also brought here, including through air ambulance.
Topical issues of providing timely qualified assistance to women in labor, personnel and technical support, and interaction of the center with PHC organizations to coordinate medical care for pregnant women were raised here.
In Taldykorgan city multidisciplinary hospital with 370 beds, the Minister got acquainted with the work of the emergency room, angiosurgical, urological departments equipped with modern equipment.
Here, in a conversation with the medical staff of the hospital, the innovations being introduced in terms of increasing tariffs and creating working conditions for medical workers were noted.
At the meeting with the population of the region, special attention was paid to the work of polyclinics, ensuring the availability of medical services in remote areas of the region, attracting personnel and measures of social support for health workers.
The Minister noted the importance of introducing modern technologies to improve the quality of medical care and drug provision, including within the framework of the digitalization program.
Next, a reception of citizens took place, where the head of the department gave explanations and took personal control of each appeal.
During the briefing for journalists, the results of the working trip were summed up and answers were given to all questions of interest on the quality of medical care and the prospects of the industry.
