On November 4, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai visited the villages of Tuschykudyk and Shebir of Mangystau region on a working trip and got acquainted with the current state of a number of social facilities.
In the village of Tuschykudyk with a population of 2,138 inhabitants, the unemployment rate is 2%. The social infrastructure of the village includes an outpatient clinic, a school, a kindergarten, a cultural center, as well as 11 enterprises and 34 farms.
The governor of the region visited for the first time the Daria enterprise, which provides electricity and water to the population and enterprises in the villages of Shetpe, Zhyngyldy, Zharmysh, Kyzan, Shebir, Tuschykudyk, Ondy, Shayyr, Ushtagan, Sazdy, Zharma, and got acquainted with the work of the Kondykudyk water pipeline. This water supply system filters the water coming from the Kigach system in the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak direction and delivers it to residents in the form of clean drinking water. Today, another 15.7 kilometers of water supply are being laid in the village. The commissioning of a new water pipeline will allow up to 250 cubic meters to increase the volume of water supplied to the population of the village. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
After that, the head of the region visited the S.Zhangabylov school, where 446 students study. There are 76 teachers working here. The building, the foundation of which was laid in 1979, is currently in need of renovation. Nurdaulet Kilybai noted that, first of all, the necessary conditions in the field of education and healthcare should be created.
- The future of the nation is an educated generation and a healthy society. There should be no interruptions or savings in these two areas. Therefore, the condition of schools and healthcare institutions should always be under control," said Nurdaulet Kilybai.

The working group also examined the condition of the gym on the school grounds. The building, erected in 2013, is due to undergo ongoing repairs today.
Next, Nurdaulet Kilybai visited the village of Shebir, where 1,357 residents live. Here, the head of the region got acquainted with the state of the local sports complex. The complex, designed for 90 people, has not been renovated since 2015. Local residents said that it is necessary to restore the complex to attract young people to sports.

The governor of the region also visited the Kazpost building in the village of Shebir. The mayor of the village shared plans to repair the post office and open a veterans office in one of the parts of the building. The head of the region instructed the responsible persons to consider the issues raised and make concrete decisions.
