By order of the Akim of Akmola region dated December 9, 2024, in coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with the consent of deputies of the district maslikhat, Dostanbek Eszhanov was appointed akim of Arshaly district. Prior to that, he held the position of akim of Birzhan Sal district.
The new akim of the district was introduced by the head of the region Marat Akhmetzhanov and set a number of tasks for him, taking into account the priorities of the President's Address "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism".
"Your main task is to create comfortable living conditions for the residents of the district. Ensuring the passage of the heating season. To implement planned projects to solve the problem of shortage and increase the reliability of the district's electricity supply, to intensify work on the issue of uninterrupted and high-quality water supply to settlements and the development of the road network," the governor of the region stressed.
Also, the district's leadership needs to work out new investment projects, step up work to attract investors, and increase the workload of existing agricultural enterprises. To keep under constant control the projects included in the Comprehensive Development Plan of the Astana Agglomeration.
"There is a lot of work to be done to solve problematic issues and implement new projects. Therefore, you will be required not only to make prompt decisions, but most importantly, they must all be effective," the governor of the region said.
At the end of the meeting, Marat Akhmetzhanov wished Dostanbek Yeszhanov success in implementing all assigned tasks for the benefit of the residents of the district.
