In 2024, Kazakh Tourism once again awarded the "Quality Mark" to representatives of the tourism industry who meet the high standards and requirements of the tourism industry.
This year, 89 representatives of the tourism business throughout Kazakhstan, including 11 enterprises from the Akmola region, became the owners of the prestigious award.
According to the results of the assessment of the level of service, the quality mark was awarded to various categories of tourist facilities. In the "Hotels" category, five Nice-level properties received the award, including such popular hotels as Rixos Borovoe Hotel, Wyndham Residences Aqkol, Riverside Burabay Hotel, Grand Hotel Burabay and Boutique Hotel Lake House. In turn, sanatorium institutions such as the Ok-Zhetpes Medical and Wellness Complex and the Burabai Medical and Wellness Complex were awarded the Very Nice quality mark. In the "Holiday Homes" category, the Very Nice level award was given to the Lake View facility, and in the "Cafe" category, Nice level quality marks were awarded to the "Dostar Tau" and "Dostar TÖR" establishments.
Receiving a quality mark is not only a well—deserved recognition of a high level of service, but also an indicator of a significant contribution to the development of the tourist infrastructure of the region. This achievement helps to strengthen the trust of customers, as well as increase the prestige of tourism in the Akmola region.
This award confirms the commitment of enterprises to high-quality service and continuous striving to improve services. Each recipient of the quality mark has contributed to the development of tourism, and their successes serve as inspiration for the entire industry.
