The head of the department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Ulytau region has been appointed.
Zhasulan Rustemov was born on August 19, 1986.
He graduated from D.A.Kunaev University with a degree in Information Systems and the Kazakh University of Technology and Business with a degree in State and Local Government.
He started his career in 2007 as a teacher of information systems at the Themis Law College.
From 2008 to 2013, he worked as a technician-engineer of the informatization service and head of this service at the republican institution "Information and Presentation Center" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Over the years, he worked as the chief expert of the Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Documentation Support Department of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Mayor of Zhezkazgan.
Since the formation of the region until October 2024, he worked as deputy chief of staff of the akim of the Ulytau region.
