Vice Minister of National Economy Baurzhan Omarbekov made a working trip to the village of Rodina in the Tselinograd district of Akmola region, where he got acquainted with the activities of Agrofirma Rodina LLP and held a seminar meeting on spreading the positive experience of this company in all regions of the country.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, heads of departments of economy and agriculture of all regions, business representatives successfully developing their villages, akims of these villages and NCE Atameken.
As the Vice Minister noted, in modern conditions, the social responsibility of agribusiness is becoming an important element of sustainable rural development.
"The experience of Agrofirma Rodina LLP clearly demonstrates how agricultural enterprises can effectively combine economic goals with social responsibility, which contributes to improving the quality of life of the local population," Omarbekov stressed.
In turn, the general director of the company, Ivan Sauer, presented to the participants the significant projects implemented by the agrofirm and clearly demonstrated the contribution of business to the development of the village.
The meeting also discussed state programs aimed at supporting rural areas. The participants were presented with promising areas of state support, such as preferential loans and tax preferences for agricultural cooperatives, which gives entrepreneurs in rural areas more opportunities for long-term growth and sustainable development.
Following the results of the workshop, the participants developed recommendations aimed at adapting best practices and creating infrastructure and social projects in rural regions. The decisions taken will be included in the Roadmap for the dissemination of the positive experience of Agrofirma Rodina LLP in all regions of the republic.
