There are 3,366 greenhouses in the Turkestan region, located on an area of 1,640 hectares. According to the analysis carried out on behalf of the akim of the region, the shortage of coal in the region has not been identified to date.
At the meeting, chaired by Deputy Akim of the region Nurbol Turashbekov, possible risks associated with providing greenhouses with coal were considered.
The head of the Regional Department of Agriculture Nurbek Badyrakov reported on the work done to subsidize the cost of heating greenhouses. According to him, since the beginning of the year, 29.4 hectares of industrial and 863 hectares of farm greenhouses have been supported.
In turn, the head of the sole proprietor "Hermes" Alisher Nasyrov reported cases of under-delivery of the declared volumes of solid fuel to railway dead ends.
Nurbol Turashbekov listened to the opinions of manufacturers, carriers and suppliers, giving specific instructions:
— Our common task is to ensure the delivery of orders to consumers in full and without delay. I recommend that the branches of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC strengthen security at the stations and, if necessary, increase the number of video cameras. It is also proposed that the Department for the Protection and Development of Competition in the Turkestan region conduct comprehensive control over the volume and sale of solid fuels supplied to railway dead ends. Following the results of the audit, measures will be taken within the framework of the law," the deputy akim stressed.
Following the meeting, the Regional Department of Agriculture and the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services were instructed to regularly monitor the transportation of solid fuels in the region and provide daily data.
