On November 5, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai visited the villages of Tushchybek and Shayyr of Mangystau district, visited a number of social facilities and got acquainted with the life of the villagers.
The head of the region got acquainted with the state of the E.Orazakov tuberculosis sanatorium, located in the village of Tuschybek. The sanatorium, founded in 1963, has a capacity of 30 beds. The institution has 42 employees, including 3 doctors and 8 nurses. Here, patients' health is restored with a fur coat and traditional methods of treatment are used.
The governor of the region instructed the responsible persons to carry out major repairs of the building, which will allow to revive life in the sanatorium, which has been benefiting people for many years.
- The work of the sanatorium should not stop. The institution in Tushchybek should continue to work for the benefit of the region and promote people's health. We will do our best to revive it. The sanatorium should become a prestigious place providing services to the people," said Nurdaulet Kilybai.
During the working trip, the head of the region also got acquainted with the progress of the construction of the facility near the school in the village of Tuschybek. A new three-storey school building is being built next to the kindergarten for 50 places, which was commissioned in 2005. There is a sports hall, an assembly hall, a dining room, a library and 8 additional classrooms. The new building is designed for 160 places and after completion of construction, the 9-year-old school will acquire the status of an educational facility with 11 years of study.
The governor of the region also checked the condition of a number of social and infrastructure facilities in the rural district of Shayyr. 8 kilometers of the 11 kilometers of the Shayr-Zhyngyldy mountain road have been completed. Currently, only 1.5 meters of the 16 meters of the mountain, which is an obstacle to the construction of the road, have been dug. The head of the region instructed to speed up the work on freeing up and preparing a place for the construction of a road.
The mayor got acquainted with the current state of the outpatient clinic and sports complex in the village of Shayyr. The outpatient clinic, built in 2013 and designed to accommodate 25 people, needs major repairs. As for the activities of the sports complex, the issue of transferring the facility to the balance of the Mangystau region sports department was raised, and at the request of young people in the village, it is necessary to build a modern sports complex.
During the working visit, Nurdaulet Kilibai set specific tasks in the direction of improving social facilities and creating favorable conditions for villagers.
