Exhibitions on animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and feed started in Astana

Specialists in the field of Kazakhstani livestock, veterinary medicine and feed production gathered in Astana to present the best products and services for agribusiness and production today, as well as discuss protracted problems and find ways to solve them.
The International Exhibition on Feed and Veterinary Medicine "Jaña Dala / Vet Astana '2024", the International Exhibition on Livestock and Poultry Farming "Jaña Dala / Farm Astana '2024" presents equipment, feed, veterinary products, technologies aimed at the most interested audience in the field of livestock and poultry farming.
The purpose of the exhibitions is to assist Kazakhstani livestock and poultry enterprises in doing business effectively by providing a platform for the exchange of experience and production technologies.
However, according to the participants of the exhibitions, today these events have crossed the exclusively demonstration format and have become an effective platform for discussing and solving urgent problems in the country's agro-industrial complex.
The scientific and discussion component of the exhibitions includes about 50 different events and topics – from innovative solutions in dairy farming and livestock genetics, to the practical application of drugs and electronic livestock accounting systems.
Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, experts from industry public associations and foreign organizations, domestic development institutes participate in conferences and seminars held within the framework of exhibitions.
So, on the first day, the participants reviewed the experience of solving animal health problems using the example of dairy farms, innovative solutions in dairy farming. Carlos Cipana, PhD in Veterinary Sciences, technical consultant on veterinary issues of the ZENDAL Group of companies, spoke about Spain's experience in the complete eradication of brucellosis. The sessions "Meat project: Reboot", "Prospects for the export of meat products, current barriers to export", etc. were also held.
On November 7, issues related to the field of veterinary medicine will be discussed with the participation of Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amangali Berdalin, the results of the National competition "The Best Bull" will be summed up.
It should be added that for the first time, at the request of Kazakhstani representatives of the feed and veterinary drugs industry, the International Exhibition of Goods and Services for pets "Jaña Dala / Pet Food '2024" is being held on the same days.
