The jury of the competition was headed by Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Turkestan region Zhenisbek Maulenkulov. It is worth noting that among the participants of the competition, Kalmurat Kulkhanov, who turned 94 from Zhetysai district, was recognized as the oldest participant in the competition. The participants and exhibitors of the event were also presented with a concert program of folk songs, the song heritage of Shamshi Kaldayakov. By the decision of the jury, the first place was taken by Zharylkap Bekzhanov from the Tulkubassky district, the second place was taken by the old man Otepbai Imashov from the Sozaksky district. The third place was taken by Otegen Ashenov Aksakal, a veteran of the Sauran district. A special prize was awarded to 94-year-old Semirechian Kalmurat Kulkhanov and Saryagash aksakal Yesenali Amanbayev. According to Kazakh traditions, all the winners will have a robe draped over their shoulders, and souvenirs will be presented. Memorable gifts were presented to all participants of the competition.
