Today, the 665th meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity was held under the chairmanship of Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Laura Mersalimova.

The meeting was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the leadership of state bodies. The main topic of discussion was topical issues of legislative activity aimed at improving the country's legal system.

The issues on the agenda include consideration of the following initiatives:

1. Conclusion of the Government on the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on information security issues". This bill was initiated by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is aimed at providing legal protection in the field of information security.

2. Regulatory Policy Advisory document on the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of alternative energy sources". This project was developed by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the energy sector.

3. Regulatory Policy Advisory document on the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the telecommunications market and data processing centers". The project was prepared by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry and addresses the issues of expanding the telecommunications market and strengthening digital infrastructure.

4. Regulatory Policy Advisory document on the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on health issues". The draft law, developed by the Ministry of Health, is aimed at improving legislation in the field of healthcare.
