The Ministry of Transport held a regular legal comprehensive study, during which the staff of the Legal Department explained to colleagues from the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan the application of norms and requirements for the development and approval of draft subordinate legal acts.
The seminar explained the norms and requirements of the Rules of legislative work of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development and harmonization of regulatory legal acts subject to state registration, as well as the Rules for posting and public discussion of draft regulatory legal acts.
According to the results of the general education, employees of structural divisions were given appropriate recommendations aimed at improving the quality of development, coordination of draft subordinate legal acts, and also discussed issues related to the sequence of development of normative legal acts and their placement on the Open NPAs portal.
In general, the seminar allowed to expand practical knowledge in the field of development of normative legal acts.
