In 2013, by a decree of the local executive body, LLP was granted a land plot with an area of 2.0 hectares for the construction of a factory for the production of synthetic yarn and finished products made of microfiber and other textile materials.
However, during an unscheduled inspection conducted by the Department of Land Management of the city of Shymkent of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it was found that the site was not used for its intended purpose.
The Department issued an order on the need to eliminate violations of the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Due to non-fulfillment of the order, a statement of claim was filed with the court for the compulsory seizure of a land plot.
The specialized interdistrict Economic Court ruled on the return of a land plot with a cadastral value of 70 million tenge to state ownership.
