On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a solemn presentation of the keys to 14 new apartments took place in the center of Aksuat district. In addition, 4 apartments were occupied in the village of Kumkol, and 6 in the village of Kokzhyra. In 2024, it is planned to complete the settlement of waiting lists in 52 semi—detached houses in the district. This means that 104 families will receive their own housing.
Cooperation with local entrepreneurs plays a special role in solving the housing issue. Thus, as part of a public-private partnership, 7 semi-detached houses with an area of 85 square meters each were built in the village of Aksuat. Of these, 4 houses were built by contractor Yeraly Sotsialov, and 3 by Kayyrly Kasenov. Thus, 14 families will celebrate a housewarming party in the near future. In addition, the construction of 4 semi-detached houses has been completed in the village of Ekpin, which will become a new home for 8 families. Active work is also underway on the construction of 28 houses with an area of 84 square meters. meters.
The akim of the district, Yersin Eskendirov, handed the keys to the new settlers. In his speech, he stressed that providing citizens with housing is one of the priorities of state policy.
"In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, first of all we pay attention to providing housing for large and low-income families, as well as people with disabilities. Thanks to the support of local entrepreneurs, we are finding additional resources to solve housing issues. I congratulate all the new settlers on this joyful event and wish them well—being and happiness in their new homes," said Yersin Eskendirov.
This year, 52 semi-detached houses have been built in the district.
