The Department of Urban Planning Control of Almaty informs about the beginning of the demolition of a residential complex at: AKH "Chapaeva", uch. 426, 504 in the MD. Karagaily.
An earlier unscheduled inspection found that the customer (an individual) is building a residential complex in the absence of an APZ, approval of a draft design, notification of the start of construction and installation works and expertise.
Administrative measures were taken against the customer, and after that a statement of claim for demolition was sent to the SMES of Almaty.
On July 26, 2023, the Management's claims were satisfied by the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty. On October 26, 2023, the Almaty City Court upheld the decision of the 1st instance. On January 30, 2024, the writ of execution was sent to the Almaty Department of Justice, where enforcement proceedings were initiated.
Demolition began today with the participation of bailiffs.
It should be recalled that 55 illegal facilities, including residential complexes "Dream", KHAN, "Alma Garden" and others, have been completely or partially demolished since the beginning of last year as part of the instruction of Akim of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen control over construction.
