The strongest wrestlers competed in the prestigious international tournament "Kazakhstan International jiu-jitsu championship", among whom the capital's lifeguard Hamze Bakkuar stood out.
He demonstrated his skills and tactical training by going through the entire tournament and winning the title of champion, where about 1,500 athletes from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Palestine and Brazil participated.
Bakkuar won the No-GI section in the 94 kg weight category and became the champion.
Hamze Bakkuar is a master of sports of the international class of the Republic of Kazakhstan in jiu-jitsu, as well as a master of sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in grappling. Member of the national jiu-jitsu team, multiple Champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Cup of Jiu-jitsu, Champion of the Kazakhstan Cup of grappling. Multiple Asian jiu-jitsu champion and medalist, 2-time World Champion. Champion and prize-winner of the Republic of Kazakhstan in combat Sambo, Finalist of the World Cup in professional pankration.
