As part of a working trip to Kazan, the delegation of the Abai region visited one of the leading technoparks in Russia — the IT Park named after him.Rameyeva. Kazan, known as a significant scientific center of Tatarstan and Russia, has become a place for the exchange of experience in the field of digital technologies and innovations.
The IT Park is a unique platform for the development of information and communication technologies. The total area of three large complexes in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 105 thousand square meters, and the network includes 21 municipal branches. The Technopark provides residents with access to a wide range of services and infrastructure, including a data center, a business incubator, an IT academy, coworking spaces and even specialized living and working spaces.
In 2023, the IT Park hosted almost 700 delegations, including representatives of the highest echelons of government in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the President of the Republic of Senegal. The IT Park actively develops international cooperation and business partnerships with companies from the UAE, Kazakhstan and other countries, as well as organizes foreign business missions to promote its digital solutions.
One of the key goals of the technopark is to create branches in every district of Tatarstan. By 2024, 21 municipal representative offices have been opened, including new branches in Leninogorsk, Mendeleevsk and other districts. Such steps contribute to the spread of IT initiatives throughout the republic, uniting residents into a single ecosystem.
During the visit, the delegation of the Abai region headed by Deputy Akim of the Abai region Zhasulan Sarsebayev, business representatives held meetings with the management and residents of the IT park, discussing advanced technologies and practices that can be applied for further development of the digital sector in Kazakhstan.
