More than 200 "peers of independence" work in the water industry of Kazakhstan. In particular, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation employs 10 specialists born in 1991, 202 in the branches of Kazvodkhoz, and 3 specialists in basin inspections.
Our compatriots, born in the year of independence, are now qualified specialists in the water sector, contributing to the development of the country. Some of them continue the business started by their parents.
"I have been working in the water sector since 2014, that is, for 10 years now. I followed in my parents' footsteps working on a drinking channel. I think that the water sector is very important not only for improving the quality of life of citizens, but also for life in general. Being the same age as independence, we try to do our work so that future generations can see its results," said Lyubov Shulga, an engineer for water use at the Pavlodar Department of Operation of the Kazvodkhoz branch "K. Satpayev Canal".
