According to him, the share of highways in the standard condition will be increased to 80%. It is planned to provide drinking water in 11 villages with a population of more than 5 thousand people and completely resolve the issue of clean drinking water supply.

In accordance with the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare", 11 facilities will be implemented. 7 healthcare facilities are also under construction. In order to solve the problem of 3 three-shift, 2 emergency schools for educational facilities, 27 new schools for 16.4 thousand students will be built and construction of one kindergarten for 300 places has begun.
