According to Askhat Shakharov, 193 projects worth 64.5 billion tenge are planned to be implemented this year to improve the quality of local roads. In general, more than 500 kilometers of road surface have been laid in the region to date. In the regional center of Aktobe, more than 200 streets, or 47 kilometers, have been brought into standard condition.
"A lot of work is being carried out jointly with the Ministry on the Aktobe-Khromtau route of the Samara-Shymkent international highway. At the moment, 2 sites have been allocated. Today we started construction and installation work on the 2nd site. In the near future, after the tender, work will begin on the first site. In general, there will be 4 lanes," the speaker said at a press conference in the CCS.
In addition, the construction of the Aktobe-Kandyagash road has been completed.
