On December 12, at a meeting of Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai with residents of Aktau, a resident of house No. 18 in the 9th microdistrict reported a leak of water from the roof into his apartment, and asked it to be repaired.
In response to a resident's appeal, today, December 16, Akim of Aktau city Abilkair Baypakov visited house No. 18 in the 9th microdistrict and got acquainted with the situation. A representative of the service organization assured that the roof repair work will be completed by December 19.
- Akim of the region Nurdaulet Igilikovich stressed the importance of prompt response to questions and appeals voiced at meetings with residents and personal receptions. Currently, a detailed study is being conducted on each appeal, and measures are being taken to resolve them. On December 19, it is planned to visit this house to check the quality of the repairs performed. The whole process is under my personal control," said Akim of Aktau Abilkair Baypakov.
