Earlier, administrative measures were taken against the owner of the non-residential premises of IP Danil as part of an unscheduled inspection with the issuance of an order to eliminate the violations committed.
Due to the failure to comply with the requirements of the regulation, the Department filed a lawsuit with the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court for the demolition of the facility.
May 14, 2024 The Management's claims have been satisfied. Demolition of the facility began today with the participation of bailiffs.
Recall, as part of the instruction of Almaty Mayor Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen control over construction, 51 illegal objects have already been completely or partially demolished since the beginning of last year, including the residential complexes "Dream", KHAN, "Alma Garden" and others.
