By the end of 2024, 50 thousand video cameras of the Unified Video Monitoring System (UES), launched in 2022, will be connected in Almaty. This was reported in the department of digitalization of the metropolis.
So, from the beginning of the year to the present, with the support of the project office of the Mayor's Office of the city, 45 thousand cameras have been connected, taking into account the withdrawn 15,000 cameras, and by 2025 this number will increase to 70 thousand. Video streams were output from 209 private and 613 public facilities.
In addition, 300 cameras of the Sergek hardware and software complex (APK) have been installed in Almaty to ensure road safety. Thus, 1,641 agricultural enterprises are functioning today.
Also, by the end of this year, the implementation of the "Integrated Security System" project will be completed on the territory of 71 healthcare facilities.
