Dear residents of Semirechensk!
I sincerely congratulate you on December 16 – Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
This day, when the noble dream of our ancestors who longed for freedom came true, takes on special significance today.
As the head of state said, it is our sacred duty to preserve forever in the country's memory the peoples fighting for freedom. And their instructive life path is always a feat for the younger generation.
Today, learning from history, we have a shared responsibility to double the successes achieved by our State and create a decent future for the country. To do this, each of us must take part in the implementation of socio-economic transformations and transformations aimed at improving the well-being of the population, creating a just state and an open society. I am sure that the residents of Zhetysu region will continue to take an active part in contributing to the common cause for the benefit of the country.
