On Independence Day, in the village of Irgiz, Irgiz district, the keys to the apartments were handed over to the happy new settlers.
Three new two-storey residential buildings have 8 apartments each. People belonging to socially vulnerable segments of the population, people with disabilities and those left without parental care will live there.
Several apartments are still empty. These apartments are intended for doctors who have moved to Irgiz.
In 2023, Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov visited a residential facility under construction during a trip to the Irgiz district and instructed contractors to complete the work on time and efficiently.
The ceremony of handing over the keys to the new houses was attended by villagers, labor veterans, deputies of the district maslikhat, heads of institutions.
The newcomers were congratulated by Deputy akim of the district Serik Konakbayev, veteran of labor, honorary citizen of the Irgiz district Kuanyshbai Kenzhebayev and a resident of the village Moldir Tasekenova.
Then the veterans handed the keys to the new homeowners. The elder of the village, Seitkul Makhaev, gave a bata, and the women scattered the traditional shasha with best wishes.
