Bakhtiyar Artayev has been appointed as a head of the department of physical culture, sports and tourism of Kyzylorda Region.
Today, a meeting of active members was held under the chairmanship of Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, dedicated to personnel changes. At the meeting, the head of the region introduced the new head of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Kyzylorda Region, Bakhtiyar Artayev.
— I would like to briefly discuss the personnel changes before starting today's meeting. The Head of State instructed to develop mass, children's and youth sports through a comprehensive reform of the domestic sports sector. For this, we need professionals, strong leaders, the best managers who know their business. In this regard, in agreement with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, Bakhtiyar Garifullaevich Artayev has been appointed to the post of head of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of Kyzylorda Region. Baktiyar Artayev is a recognized and qualified specialist and manager who has made a significant contribution to the growth of sports. He is the 2004 Athens Olympic champion, winner of the Val Barker Cup, international master of sports, honored master of sports of Kazakhstan, 7-time champion of Kazakhstan in boxing. We are confident that, based on his education and rich experience, he will intensify efforts to further grow sports and tourism in the Kyzylorda region,said Nurlybek Nalibayev.
