A park near the theater named after him will be improved in Almaty. Musrepova 25.06.2025
In Almaty, near the theater named after Musrepova will have a new square with interactive lights and swingsAkim of Almaty inspected projects under the "Budget of Public Participation" program in Almaly districtDuring a working tour of Almaly district, Akim of Almaty Darkhan Satybaldy visited the park named after him. Imanova, where the current repairs are being carried out. New paving stones have already been laid, outdoor furniture has been updated, and a pergola has been installed. At the request of residents, a playground and a dog-walking area were set up here last year.Nearby there is a park adjacent to the Musrepov Young Spectator Theater. The mayor of the megalopolis got acquainted with its condition – a major renovation is planned here. Architect Nelly Lapteva presented to the head of the city a project for future landscaping. It includes modern lighting, the installation of a playground, pergolas with swings, as well as the reconstruction of existing recreation areas.During the presentation, the mayor stressed that it is important to link the landscaping of the space with the theatrical theme, by analogy with the design of the territory of the Kazakh National Drama Theater named after M. Auezov. In turn, the architect noted that this approach is already embedded in the concept: the lighting will not only be functional, but interactive, with elements of play for a children's audience. For example, light structures will react to movement, and when approaching, they will light up, creating the effect of moving objects. At the end of the detour, the mayor inspected the courtyard along Gogol Street, where the infrastructure is being updated as part of the "Budget of National Participation" program. Darkhan Satybaldy talked with the residents and asked their opinion on the progress of the work. The residents of Almaty noted that their proposals were taken into account, and the quality of landscaping meets expectations.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/almaty-almaly/press/news/details/1020845?lang=kk

Development of the labor market and improvement of personnel qualifications 25.06.2025
The Mendykara district continues to see sustainable development of the labor market, facilitated by the implementation of a number of state programs and systematic work to create new jobs. Opportunities for vocational training and advanced training are constantly expanding, which is especially important in the context of rapidly changing requirements for personnel. In 2025, it is planned to train 10 people: seven will be sent to educational institutions at the request of employers, three will be trained directly at the workplace. This approach allows us to train specialists who best meet the needs of the local market. Particular attention is paid to supporting young people. Within the framework of the Youth Internship and First Workplace programs, subsidized jobs are created for graduates of universities and colleges. This year, 21 people will be sent to youth internship, for which 29 million 725 thousand tenge have been allocated. The First Workplace project provides for the participation of 5 people, with a funding volume of more than 10 million tenge. Under the Contract of Generations program, it is planned to employ one participant with support in the amount of over 700 thousand tenge.Significant measures are also being taken in terms of organizing public works. In 2025, 130 people will be involved in them, with a total funding of more than 190 million tenge. In addition, under the Silver Age and Social Jobs programs, the state continues to subsidize part of the wages for certain categories of citizens, which helps maintain social stability. The entrepreneurial direction is also actively developing. More than 7 million tenge are allocated for providing grants for socially vulnerable groups of the population, which allows residents of the district to start their own business. The program "With a diploma to the village" does not lose its relevance: this year it is planned to issue 9 loans worth more than 84 million tenge and 40 lifting allowances worth more than 15 million tenge. These measures help retain young specialists in rural areas. In parallel, work is underway to organize job fairs. In 2024, 10 such events were held, in which more than 400 people took part. In 2025, 4 fairs have already been held, including one regional one, with the participation of 12 employers and 45 job seekers. Three more fairs are planned for the end of the year.Additional opportunities for business development and self-employment are provided by the Bastau Business program, training for which is carried out online on the enbek.kz platform. Thanks to all these measures, the district has seen an increase in labor activity, a decrease in unemployment, and an overall improvement in the socio-economic situation. Mendykara district is confidently moving towards the formation of a stable and competitive labor market open to all categories of the population.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kostanai-mendykarin-audany-akimat/press/news/details/1020944?lang=kk
