Ambassador of Kazakhstan Presented the Credential Letters to Grand Master of the Sovereign Order of Malta 25.06.2025
Rome, June 13, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, Timur Primbetov presented his Letters of Credence to His Most Eminent Highness, Fra' John Timothy Dunlap, Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. The solemn ceremony took place at the Magistral Palace of the Order in Rome.Kazakh diplomat conveyed the cordial greetings and best wishes from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.During the subsequent discussions, Ambassador Primbetov apprised the Grand Master of the comprehensive political and socio-economic transformations currently being implemented in Kazakhstan under the leadership of the Head of State. On the procedure for obtaining a deferral or installment payment of tax obligations 25.06.2025
The Department of State Revenue for the Kyzylorda region informs taxpayers about the possibility of obtaining a deferral or installment payment of tax obligations to pay taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (in accordance with Articles 49 and 51 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).In the conditions of financial difficulties or seasonality of activity, the taxpayer has the right to request a change in the terms of payment of taxes. This right is provided for in Article 49 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to the conditions set out in Article 51. What amounts can be deferred or paid in installments?A deferral or installment plan may be provided by:· amounts of taxes and payments calculated by the taxpayer independently;· the amounts accrued by the tax authorities based on the results of inspections;· accruals based on information from authorized government agencies. Which taxes are not subject to deferral or installment payments?The change of payment dates does not apply to:· taxes withheld at the source of payment;· excise taxes;·      ⁠VAT on imports from the EAEU Member States;· taxes and payments received by the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan;· the amount of fines. How long can a deferral or installment plan be provided?Deferral is granted for up to 6 months with a one–time payment of the entire amount.Installments are provided for a period of up to 3 years with payment in equal installments monthly or quarterly. If the installment period exceeds 1 year, it can only be provided as collateral for real estate. What do I need to get a deferral or installment plan?The taxpayer must submit an application in the prescribed form to the state revenue authority at the place of registration through the E-Otinish service – www.eotinish.kz . Applications are considered by the tax authority within 20 working days from the date of their receipt.The application must be accompanied by:· documents confirming the existence of the pledged property (including the valuation report);· information about the absence of other encumbrances (collateral) on this property;· Debt repayment schedule;· if available, a bank guarantee. The procedure for payment of penaltiesIn case of granting a deferral or an installment plan, the taxpayer is obliged to pay a penalty accrued for the entire period of validity of the deferral/installment plan. Заказчиком ремонта этой дороги является управление пассажирского транспорта и автомобильных дорог ЗКО.В настоящее время в связи с тем, что около одного километра дороги от разъезда Пепел дорога разбилась, необходимо провести ремонтные работы. На аппаратном совещании, прошедшем под председательством акима области Асхата Шахарова, был рассмотрен широкий круг вопросов, касающихся социально-экономического развития региона и привлечения инвестиций.По информации руководителя управления экономики и бюджетного планирования Нуржана Максатова, с начала года в регионе зафиксирован рост экономических показателей на уровне 103,9%. Положительная динамика наблюдается в промышленности – 102,6%, инвестициях в основной капитал – 134,7%, сельском хозяйстве – 102,3%, строительстве – 114,9%, вводе жилья – 106,2%, в сфере транспорта и складирования – 111,3%, торговле – 101,3%.По итогам совещания Асхат Шахаров дал ряд поручений по дальнейшему укреплению социально-экономического развития региона. Он отметил, что необходимо не только сохранять достигнутые темпы, но и обеспечить качественный рост. Development of road and transport infrastructure is the key to economic growth and quality of life 25.06.2025
In his recent Address, the Head of State particularly emphasized the priority of solving infrastructure issues, including the development of the road network, as the most important factor in economic growth and improving the quality of life of citizens.This year, funding for the road sector in the Kostanay region has been significantly increased - compared to last year, the budget has grown by 31% and amounted to 106 billion tenge. Of these, 47.1 billion tenge or 44.4% are directed to the repair of republican roads.Large-scale repair workIn 2025, work is underway on a number of key sections:•the road from the village of Sarykol to the border of the North Kazakhstan region;•the Arkalyk section - the border of the Ulytau region;•the Uzunkol - Troebratnoye road;•the road from the village of Karabalyk to the border of the Russian Federation;•section from Oktyabrskoye village, Karasu district to the border of Akmola region;•repair of the road from Bestobe village to the border of Aktobe region has begun.In addition, on June 14, on the instructions of the President, construction of a new “Center-West” highway was launched, which will make the southern regions of Kostanay region a key transport hub of the country.New impetus for RudnySpecial attention is paid to the city of Rudny. Here, in order to reduce the load on the central streets from transit freight transport, it is planned to build a bypass road. The project includes:•construction of a new section 16.9 km long,– of which 4.3 km is new construction,– 11.2 km is reconstruction of the existing road;•the route will run through the villages of Belozerka and Balykty with an exit to the interchange near the village of Yubileynoye;•the estimated cost of the project is about 25 billion tenge;•work is scheduled to start this year and be completed in 2028.Repair of the Kostanay-Rudny highwaySpecial attention is paid to one of the busiest sections of the region — the 31.5 km long Kostanay-Rudny highway. Construction of a water pipeline has begun in the Torangalyk and Shubartubek villages. The installation of local sewage treatment plants is being considered — the project is being implemented jointly with investors.Additional bus, rail and air routes have been opened this season, including an increase in wagons on the Karaganda–Balkhash route.This week, on June 20-21, the main event of the season, BalkhashTourFest, will take place. The repair of the Karaganda–Karkaraly highway will be completed by the end of the year.
