In the Almalinsky district of Almaty, the implementation of two projects for the construction of water supply and sanitation networks in the private sector continues, where there were no centralized utilities and where the networks need to be reconstructed.
The implementation of one of the two projects was launched in 2024 and will be completed this year. As part of the project, 15 km of utility networks will be laid and reconstructed on 19 streets in the district. On 6 of them, work has already been completed. The water supply pumping station on Tole bi street, corner of st., has also been reconstructed and overhauled. Volkhovskaya. Previously, the station was in a state of emergency, and its equipment had not been repaired since 1992. After the reconstruction, more than 500 residents of 4 apartment buildings are provided with an uninterrupted water supply.
