Волонтеры в сфере ЧС прошли подготовку к зимнему периоду 07.11.2025
В рамках проекта «Развитие волонтёрства в сфере чрезвычайных ситуаций» в Астане прошли командно-штабные учения «Қыс–2025», направленные на проверку готовности города к возможным чрезвычайным ситуациям в зимний период.В мероприятии приняли участие добровольцы общественного объединения «Волонтёры Астаны LIDER.KZ», реализующего проект в рамках малого гранта Национальной волонтёрской сети.Во время учений они совместно с профессиональными спасателями отрабатывали алгоритмы действий в условиях зимних чрезвычайных ситуаций, осваивали приёмы оказания помощи населению и взаимодействия с коммунальными и экстренными службами. Практическая часть мероприятия прошла на территории Индустриального парка, где участники смогли закрепить полученные знания на реальных сценариях реагирования.Сотрудничество между волонтёрами и профильными службами в сфере предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций продолжает активно развиваться. Brussels, November 6, 2025 — Students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who are participating in a two-week educational program in Brussels, visited the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium.The internship is organized within the framework of cooperation between the Academy of Public Administration and the Brussels Diplomatic Academy at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Brussels Diplomatic Academy, VUB).During the visit, a meeting took place with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium, Roman Vassilenko. About testing the "Declaration of goods" module 07.11.2025
In implementation of the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated May 30, 2023 No. 75 "On the structure and format of the declaration of goods and adjustments to the declaration of goods and amendments to some decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission", the ASTANA-1 information system (Keden) implemented the format of the declaration of goods.The changes provide for automation and simplification of customs procedures, as well as digitization of paper documents. In particular, all types of requests sent to the declarant, the form of the Request/Decision on amendments to the DT, the form of the CDT, etc. have been automated.In this regard, testing of the "Declaration of Goods" module of the ASTANA-1 information system (Keden) for all customs procedures will start on November 3, 2025.Testing will be conducted in online and offline formats. In Aktau, more than 9 thousand residents did not pay the transport tax 07.11.2025
The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that employees of the Department of State Revenue for the city of Aktau, together with the akimat of the city and the police, conducted a raid against citizens who are in arrears in paying transport tax.During the raid, restrictions on vehicles were checked, and cars with tax arrears were sent to a parking lot. Administrative measures provided for by law were applied to owners who did not fulfill their tax obligations.The main goal of the work carried out is to increase the tax discipline of citizens and ensure revenue to the revenue side of the state budget.To date, 9606 residents in Aktau have transport tax arrears totaling about 700 million tenge.
