Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму» при поддержке холдинга «Байтерек» и Министерства национальной экономики объявляет о запуске новой программы льготного кредитования «Өрлеу».Данный инструмент направлен на поддержку микро-, малого и среднего бизнеса. Приоритетные сектора экономики для льготного кредитования – обрабатывающая промышленность, транспорт и складирование, туризм, образование, здравоохранение.По новой программе льготного кредитования ставка вознаграждения для конечного заемщика составит не более 12,6% годовых. Общий объем средств по программе составит 750 млрд тенге, из которых 300 млрд тенге будут выделены Фондом, а 450 млрд тенге – привлечены в рамках софинансирования со стороны банков второго уровня.Программа «Өрлеу» предусматривает выдачу льготных займов на инвестиционные цели, пополнение оборотных средств и рефинансирование действующих кредитов, выданных не ранее 1 января 2025 года.Основные условия:максимальная сумма займа - до 7 млрд тенге на инвестиции, до 3,5 млрд тенге на оборотные средства;ставка вознаграждения - не более 12,6% годовых;срок финансирования:- до 10 лет на инвестиционные цели,- на пополнение оборотных средств – не более 3 лет,- на рефинансирование кредитов - не более остатка срока финансируемой задолженности.Программа «Өрлеу» нацелена на стимулирование предпринимательской деятельности через предоставление льготных кредитов в приоритетных секторах экономики. Это:- обрабатывающая промышленность (в том числе производство продуктов питания, текстильных изделий, одежды, продуктов химической промышленности, основных фармацевтических продуктов и фармацевтических препаратов, резиновых и пластмассовых изделий, электрического оборудования, мебели и др.),- транспорт и складирование (грузовые и пассажирские перевозки, услуги складирования и др.), - туризм (предоставление услуг гостиницами, кемпингами и др.), - образование (школьное и дошкольное, имеющие государственные заказы),- здравоохранение (медцентры, многопрофильные клиники).Для участия в программе «Өрлеу» предпринимателям необходимо обращаться непосредственно к кредиторам. The Department of State Revenue for the Kyzylorda region informs that taxpayers have the right to extend the deadline for submitting tax reports, subject to the established conditions.Terms of the extension procedureIn order to obtain an extension, a taxpayer must send a notification to the tax authority at the place of registration before the deadline for submitting tax reports established by law expires. An extension of the deadline is possible when submitting tax reports exclusively in electronic form.Notification submission methods:-in electronic form (via the eGov portal, taxpayer's office);- on paper.The reporting period may be extended:-for no more than 30 calendar days — on corporate or individual income tax returns;-for no more than 15 calendar days — for other types of taxes, budget payments and social payments;-for no more than 30 calendar days — for taxpayers with a low level of risk according to the risk management system.ImportantThe right to an extension is not granted:-taxpayers with a high level of risk, with the exception of sole proprietors under special tax regimes;-when applying for the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes.The extension applies only to the deadline for submitting reports. According to preliminary data from the Bureau of National Statistics, Kazakhstan's gross domestic product increased by 6% in January–May 2025 compared to the same period last year.This result was made possible by accelerating the pace in key sectors, from industry and construction to trade, transport and communications.Industrial production increased 6.4%. Growth was recorded in 17 regions of the country: Zhambyl region became the leader in dynamics with an indicator of +22.9% due to active mining of ore, fertilizers, Portland cement and sugar. Turkestan and Zhetisu regions increased production by 14.8%, Almaty by 14.1%, and Shymkent grew by 18.9%.Agriculture showed an increase of 4.0% (versus 3.9% in January–April). The most noticeable growth was in Atyrau region (+10.4%), North Kazakhstan region (+7.5%) and Akmola region (+6.5%), mainly due to increased slaughter of livestock and poultry. The growth reached 6.3% in Turkestan region, 3.6% in Abai region, and 4.8% in Kostanay region.The construction industry shows a dynamic development: volumes increased by 15.4%. Eighteen regions have shown growth, and Mangystau region has doubled the volume of work thanks to large–scale projects - schools, a desalination plant, reconstruction of oil pipelines and aqueducts, a regional hospital and highway repairs. In the Kyzylorda region, the growth was 64.5%, in Kostanay – 57.8%, in Astana – 51.8%, in Turkestan – 46.6%.Housing construction continues to gain momentum: over 6 million square meters have been commissioned in five months. housing prices, which is 5.7% higher than last year. Construction is most active in Turkestan region (+25.5%), Shymkent (+23.4%) and Almaty region (+20.4%).Investments in fixed assets increased by 18.2%. The growth was driven by investments in transport, industrial and social infrastructure, as well as in equipment and new industrial facilities.Trade increased turnover by 7.8% (against 7.0% in January-April). The share of wholesale trade in the structure of domestic trade is about 68%. In January-May of this year, wholesale trade added 8.3%, retail – 6.5%.The leaders in terms of pace were Turkestan region (+66.2%), Akmola region (+48.9%) and Shymkent (+23.1%).Communications and telecommunications added 2.8% due to Internet services (+13.9%).The transportation industry is showing growth of 23.1%, which is largely the result of the growth of freight rail transport (+17%) and pipeline transportation (+13.8%). A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Ensuring Law and Order and Combating Crime was held in Almaty with the participation of the first heads of the city's law enforcement agencies, including the departments of the Prosecutor's Office, economic investigations, police, and the Anti-Corruption Service for Almaty. On June 10, 2025, at the initiative of the Department of Education of the Almaty region, a regional meeting of the best students was held on the basis of the Ushkonyr College of Water Management under the motto "Birlik. Belsendilik. Bolashak". 150 best students from 35 colleges of the region took part in the meeting.
