A delegation from Kyzylorda region, led by regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, has arrived in the People's Republic of China. The delegation includes heads of agricultural organizations, construction and oil companies, and business owners. In January of this year, 262.6 thousand tons of oil were produced, which is 11.1 percent less than in the same period last year.Taking into account this trend in the oil and gas sector, we have given priority to the comprehensive development of the processing industry and the agricultural sector. In terms of economic diversification, last year, 21 investment projects worth 37 billion tenge were implemented in our region. This year, 33 new projects worth 288 billion. 600 million tenge are planned, creating about a thousand jobs. The share of roads in good condition reached 92 percent in 2024. This year, 329 kilometers of roads were repaired, exceeding the indicator by 95 percent. 98.6 percent of the population is covered by centralized drinking water, and this year we will bring this figure to 100 percent. The gas coverage rate is currently 78 percent, and by the end of the year it will be 82 percent.On December 9, 2024, we approved the regional budget for 2025 with you. Today, during a working trip to the Syrdarya district, the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev got acquainted with the work of the palliative medical care and rehabilitation departments.The building of the department was put into operation in December last year. “Pulse” LLP carried out major repairs, improved the material base, and equipped it with modern technologies. Special medical equipment was purchased and qualified specialists were involved.Patients in serious condition and requiring long-term rehabilitation are treated here around the clock. All opportunities are provided for this, patients receive timely treatment and are under the supervision of a doctor.The dual department employs 5 doctors and about 50 middle and junior employees.
