Another large production complex is planned to be built in the Turkestan region. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy held another meeting with investors, where they discussed in detail the progress of the new project. Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Akimat of the region and the management of the food company Qingdao Wanlin Food Co.
As part of the agreement, the vegetable base will be located in the industrial zone of the Turkestan region. It is planned to build a production complex for drying vegetables, such as onions and garlic, with the production of products, biologically active additives and animal feed. The total cost of the project is USD 30 million. At the first stage of the modern complex, the construction of a plant for the production of dehydrated vegetables will produce 50,000 tons of finished products.
The opening of a new production facility will improve the well-being of the region's population by creating new jobs. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the project and assured investors of full-scale support from the state.
Wanlin Group, founded in 1991, operates in two key areas: food production and care for the elderly. She cooperates with such major partners as Nestle, Unilever, Kerry and others.
