Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bolekpayev held 13 meetings with residents this year, at which about 400 questions were raised.
139 people in cities and districts applied for a personal reception of the head of the region. An open dialogue helps to define the framework of issues aimed at solving acute problems.
The final meeting was held in Saran, at the city cultural center.
- In general, the city of Saran is developing, but there is still something to work on. First of all, these are issues related to the modernization of TCS and the renovation of engineering infrastructure. The reconstruction of the water supply networks continues, and work has begun on the modernization of the second water distributor. These projects should be completed next year to provide the city with stable water, said Ermaganbet Bolekpayev.
The issue of heat supply is also not removed from the agenda. The contractor continues to set up the equipment. The output of the heat source to its design capacity remains under constant control.
It is necessary to upgrade the power grid.
Due to the diversification of the economy, Saran has moved out of the category of single-industry towns. Currently, 9 investment projects worth a total of 380 billion tenge are being implemented at the sites of the Saransky North industrial zone, and about 6 thousand jobs have been created.
At the meeting, residents asked if it was possible to build a private road from the industrial zone to Karaganda. In this case, heavy trucks will not wear out the current main road. The possibilities of the project will be explored.
Issues of housing and communal services and transport were also raised. The akim of the region immediately gave the task to solve a number of them.
The new mayor of the city, Daryn Bulkair, was tasked with landscaping, cleanliness and order. There should be a program for courtyards and house facades.
- Since the beginning of the year, I have held meetings in all cities and districts. Urgent issues are being raised everywhere. These are mainly issues related to construction, housing, and landscaping. Everyday problems that concern residents of our region. We still have to draw conclusions in the near future. Some of them have been resolved. There are problems that require special research and analysis to develop solutions," said Ermaganbet Bolekpaev.
