This work was carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with the Zher Amanaty commission under the AMANAT party.
After taking appropriate measures, land users began to develop land on an area of 3.7 million hectares.
Of the lands returned to state ownership, 4.8 million hectares of land have been redistributed to date.
At the same time, the working commission on the seizure of unused and issued lands in violation of the law has been reformatted into a republican commission. Its main task is to control the redistribution of land for the needs of the rural population, as well as the rational use of land resources.
In addition, taking into account the instructions of the President, the issue of continuing the right of land use for existing agricultural producers and processors of agricultural products is currently being worked out, ensuring the payment of taxes, attracting investments and developing the relevant rural areas.
